What are the reasons for the ineffective combustion of biomass boiler fuel?
Press release Time:2025,04,10 Publisher:admin Hits:51

Nowadays, air pollution in our country is very serious, which seriously affects people's quality of life. Especially today, as people's environmental awareness is gradually increasing, environmentally friendly and energy-saving products are increasingly favored by everyone. Based on this, the coal-fired boilers commonly used in industry and daily life are being replaced by environmentally friendly and energy-saving biomass boilers. However, during the usage process, we will find that biomass boilers sometimes have the phenomenon of ineffective fuel combustion, such as blackening of the residue. This phenomenon will greatly increase the input of production costs for enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to understand the reasons and propose preventive and rectification measures.

After analysis, the reasons for the ineffective combustion of biomass boiler fuel are as follows:

1. Under normal circumstances, a good combustion structure can only be formed when the temperature in the furnace reaches 600℃. Once the temperature is not reached, it is easy for the fuel to burn ineffectively.

2. For fuel combustion, air is indispensable. If the provided air is insufficient, the fuel cannot burn fully.

3. In daily life, we all know that fuel that is too damp is not easy to ignite. Similarly, if the moisture content of the biomass boiler fuel is too high, exceeding 45%, it will be very difficult to burn.

4. Biomass pellets are too large, which is not conducive to combustion.

5. The vibration amplitude of the grate is too large, resulting in an excessively short combustion time.
