Shell and tube heat exchanger


The tube-and-shell heat exchanger, also known as the shell-and-tube heat exchanger, belongs to the type of indirect heat exchangers. It is the most widely used heat exchange equipment in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power industries. The cold and hot media are separated by the tube wall without contact, and heat is transferred through the tube wall to achieve medium heating, cooling, condensation, and waste heat recovery.
